This project was about understanding the everyday challenges of the Business control Officers and Supervsiors challenges of switching to four diffrent applications to perform a single taks. As they using four diffrent applications - there was no dashboard available for the users that can showcase their pending items or their pending items, etc. leading in gaps and deplay of urgent work to be done.
